Installation Safety Precautions

To avoid casualties and property loss, please follow these safety precautions:

  1. Do not use unsafe plugs or power sources. Always use the provided power cable.

  2. Do not install where children can reach it. Keep the device out of children's reach.

  3. Install on stable surfaces only. Do not install on unstable or weak surfaces. Ensure the installation surface is stable and can safely support the device's weight.

  4. Do not tilt the device. Oil can spill and damage the diffuser or surrounding surfaces.

  5. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Do not store flammable or explosive materials near the device.

  6. Housing material is not corrosion resistant. Except for the atomiser, the housing can corrode if exposed to corrosive substances.

  7. Do not use in high temperature or wet environments. Protect the device from extreme heat and moisture.

  8. Do not use with hazardous solvents. Do not use inflammable, explosive, corrosive or other hazardous solvents with the device.

HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT

  1. Select your fragrance oil. Choose your preferred scent.

  2. Remove the atomiser head. Pull the atomiser head and bottle assembly.

  3. Unscrew the bottle. Turn the bottle anticlockwise to open it.

  4. Add fragrance oil. Pour your selected fragrance into the bottle (up to 50ml).

  5. Seal the bottle. Screw the bottle clockwise to seal or until hand tight.

  6. Connect the charger. Use the USB Type-C cable to recharge the device.

  7. Power on. Press the power button to activate the diffuser.

  8. Configure settings. Use the control panel buttons or the Actualised Industries app to set your preferences.

  9. Enjoy the fragrance. Your Lumé Smart Diffuser is ready to use.

BUTTON MODE OPERATION

Frequency Gear Selection (1–7 Gears)

Short press the "Level" button to cycle through frequency settings:

  • Gear 1: Operates 10 seconds, pauses 120 seconds

  • Gear 2: Operates 20 seconds, pauses 120 seconds

  • Gear 3: Operates 30 seconds, pauses 120 seconds

  • Gear 4: Operates 30 seconds, pauses 90 seconds

  • Gear 5: Operates 50 seconds, pauses 90 seconds

  • Gear 6: Operates 60 seconds, pauses 90 seconds

  • Gear 7: Operates 50 seconds, pauses 60 seconds

Working Time Adjustment (15 min–24 hours)

Short press the "Time" button to adjust operating duration:

  • 15 min, 30 min, 1H, 3H, 6H, 12h, 24h

  • Power On/Off

Long press the "Time" button until you hear a "Tick" sound to toggle the device on and off.

LED Light Indication

  • During operation, LED lights illuminate according to preset colours (cold white, warm white, colour-changing gradient).

  • When adjusting settings, LED lights display briefly then turn off after 1 second.

  • When charging with partial battery, light displays yellow. When fully charged, light displays green.

  • When battery is critically low, red LED illuminates for 10 seconds then turns off. Device ceases operation.

DEVICE CHARGING

When the battery is critically low, the red LED indicator will illuminate for 10 seconds as a warning. Charge the device immediately using a 5V/2A USB Type-C charger or higher.

FACTORY RESET

Press and hold both the "Level" and "Time" buttons simultaneously until you hear three "beep" sounds. The device will reset to its original factory settings.

TROUBLESHOOTING

No Scent:

  1. Verify the device is powered on.

  2. Check if the pump is working and the nozzle is not blocked.

  3. Confirm the fragrance bottle is not empty and the oil tube is connected.

Weak Scent:

  1. Ensure the fragrance bottle is tightened securely.

  2. Verify the mist outlet is not blocked by debris.

Oil Leakage:

  1. Internal leakage: Ensure the fragrance bottle is tightened securely.

  2. Outlet leakage: Check the mist outlet is not blocked.

Unusual Noise:

  1. Check the pump is fully seated; re-install if necessary.

  2. Verify the mist outlet is not blocked.

  3. Check pump has adequate airflow and pressure.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

  • All devices include 12 months free maintenance from the date of purchase.

  • A warranty card, invoice or proof of purchase from Actualised Industries is required to claim free maintenance.

  • Faults caused by misuse or incorrect operation are not covered by warranty.

MAINTENANCE

  1. Clean the device periodically by replacing the fragrance oil with alcohol and running a cleaning cycle. We recommend every 2–3 months for optimal performance.

  2. Turn off and unplug the device before cleaning. Do not use wet hands to prevent electric shock.

LONG-TERM STORAGE

  1. Turn off and disconnect the power cable.

  2. Clean the filter components.

  3. Place an activated carbon deodoriser packet in the device to prevent odours.

  4. Cover with a dust cover and store in a cool, well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight.
