Returns & Refunds

At Actualised Industries, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

For change of mind returns, we accept unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that fragrance oils and consumable products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
