Actualised Industries ("we", "us") makes the Actualised app for controlling Actualised Industries aroma diffuser devices over Bluetooth. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app does not collect, store, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
None. The Actualised app has no account system, no login, and no analytics. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any personal data, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to any third party.
Information stored on your device
To make the app work, some settings are saved locally on your phone only:
The name and Bluetooth identifier of diffusers you have connected to, so you can reconnect quickly.
Your diffuser passcode, so you do not have to re-enter it each time.
Your fragrance refill dates, used to estimate remaining fragrance.
This information never leaves your phone. It is not transmitted to us or anyone else. If you delete the app, it is removed.
Bluetooth and location permissions
The app uses Bluetooth to find and control your diffuser. On some Android versions the operating system also asks for location permission before allowing a Bluetooth scan; the app does not use, collect, or store your location. It is only used by the phone's system to permit Bluetooth scanning.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this address.
